Neto Finance Marketing

Overview

Neto Finance has four main marketing goals. The most important goal is the recruitment of agents (Financial Planners); the second goal is the promotion of Neto Finance's agents; the third goal is the recruitment of employees; and the fourth goal is the promotion and exposure of Neto Finance itself.

Objective

In creating versatile ad campaigns for Neto Finance, we successfully targeted our desired audience through a blend of print and online materials. Our designs strategically promoted Neto Finance’s values and opportunities, aiming to attract potential financial planners and employees. Whether through eye-catching brochures, strategic online placements, and compelling social media content, each piece was crafted to uphold the company’s brand identity while driving engagement and interest.

Social Media Posts

Few examples of designed posts published and promoted on social media engaging people to come to work for Neto Finance.

Promoted Video

Neto Finance's media department filmed a recruitment video with the participation of the company's employees. The video was promoted on social networks. My job was to edit the video and add visual effects.

Landing page

The landing page was designed to encourage employees to submit resumes of their friends and try to recruit them to Neto Finance.

Designed placemats

Disposable paper placemats were placed in the company's dining rooms for employees' use. The placemats promoted the recruiting campaign.

Webinar Promotion

One of the tools that have been proven to be more effective for promoting Neto Finance's agents is creating webinars. In order to promote a webinar, we build a dedicated landing page for it, designed posts that were promoted on social media, and created ad banners to put on various financial websites.
